In effect from 6 September 2026
The short version: we collect a phone number, and for performers an email address and whatever Stripe needs to pay them. We do not record shows. We do not sell anything about you to anyone.
What we collect, and why
Your mobile number
Everyone signs in with a phone number and a code we text you. There are no passwords here — the number is how we know it is you. It is also how a ticket is matched to a person at the door.
An email address, performers only
Stripe will not open a payout account without one. It is used by Stripe to send you payout notices and your tax documents. It is not shown to your audience and we do not email you marketing.
Payment details — which we never see
Card numbers go to Stripe and never touch our servers. When you set up payouts, your bank details and identity documents go to Stripe as well. We are told whether you are ready to be paid, and nothing more.
What a show holds
The title, description, date, length and price you typed, and how many tickets sold.
What the performer can and cannot see about you
A performer never sees your phone number or your email. Their audience list shows a first name and one initial — "Ramdeo M." — and how many tickets. That is all, deliberately. You gave a phone number to get through a door, not to hand to a stranger who is about to be alone with a list of people who like them.
Shows are not recorded
No video or audio is stored, by us or by anyone on our behalf. It passes through and it is gone. Nobody can watch your show later, including us.
Who else is involved
- Google Firebase — hosting, the database, and sending your sign-in codes. The site runs on Google Cloud in the United States.
- Stripe — payments and performer payouts. Stripe has its own privacy policy and holds card and bank details directly.
- LiveKit — carries the live video between performer and audience. Nothing is retained.
- Google Fonts — the typefaces on these pages.
Nobody else. We do not use advertising trackers, we have no analytics following you around, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
How long we keep things
- Your account and its phone number: until you ask us to delete it.
- Ticket records: seven years, because they are financial records and tax rules require it.
- Video: never — see above.
- Reports about a show: two years, so a pattern of complaints against the same performer can be recognised.
Your choices
Write to mahaexpocorp@gmail.com and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Deletion removes your account, your phone number and your shows. It cannot remove ticket records we are required to keep, and those keep only the amount and the date, not you.
If you are in California, the rights above are the ones the CCPA gives you, and we will not treat you differently for using them. We do not sell personal information.
Children
EzLiveShow is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect anything about children. If you believe a child has used the site, tell us and we will delete it.
If something goes wrong
If personal information is exposed in a way that could harm you, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires — not quietly.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes. If it changes in a way that matters, we will say so on the site.
